If you’re under 15 and make free, inventive, fun and experimenting films, the Collectif Jeune Cinéma gives you the opportunity to participate in an international experimental film festival.
Your film can be about a feeling, an impression, images that you find beautiful or interesting. Or it could be about arranging images in a particular order, telling a story in your own way, without fear of failure or imperfections in the image or sound, a play with shapes and colors, according to your desires.
The films sent in will be viewed and selected by a selection committee made up of young people under the age of fifteen.
The selected films will be screened at the Grand Action cinema, during the 25th Festival des Cinémas Différents de Paris which will take place in October 2023.

Rules
- The only requirement is to be under 15 years old.
- The films can last from a few seconds to less than 45 minutes. There is no set theme and you are not required to tell a story.
- Films must be submitted before September 1, 2023.
