Synopsis

It is a journey that takes place in a desert region, from the exploitation of iron quarries to the transport of the ore to the ocean, on board the longest train in the world. Soon, the beaches littered with wrecks announce the end of the journey, while the precious ore piles up on the moored cargo ships, bound for the rich countries. This film uses the ancient device of the pinhole camera: an unusual perception of the light of the desert, of its forms and colors, of the men and machines that inhabit it.
