Meta-film of found footage presenting the fictional revolution led by the famous Russian television presenter, Ekaterina Andreeva. This presenter, who has become an icon and whose role is associated with the existing regime, is seen as a guarantee of its stability. She acts as a sounding board for the government, translating for the men in power without ever being able to speak herself.
