Synopsis
A transcendental meditation on withered trees struggling to be reborn. A fleeting glimpse into the seemingly insignificant events of everyday life. A pure ecstasy of physical intimacy seen through celluloid films, in which the life of the emulsion decays. The return of shaped images to formlessness, in the physical fragility of the film medium, invites the viewer to a hallucinatory perception of matter in a state of continuous creation and dissolution. By evoking the tension between ephemerality and continuity, the film unfolds the dialectic of destruction and metamorphosis.
