Synopsis
My Lover The Killer is a poetic portrait of Lydia Lunch directed by Marc Hurtado. We follow Lydia Lunch across Europe and discover, buried in the labyrinth of her tumultuous life and work, the incredible story of Johnny O’ Kane, her first great love, who killed his partner and himself on the day of a planned meeting with Lydia Lunch after thirty years of separation.
The film is a kind of hallucinatory, psychedelic journey into the mind of Lydia Lunch.
