Synopsis
This film is part of the Landscape series. Shot on a sunny morning in May 2005 on the moors of the Huchet stream between the river mouth and the island of pas-du-loup. This film will be like those in the series: a journey towards abstraction. (…) As we approach the riverbanks, certain elements of the flora come to life in small touches. Color begins to appear. Before long, the entire landscape is transformed pixel by pixel, as compression spasms. Colors change, everything becomes more complex: trees, leaves, branches, everything more or less blends together and begins to abound. We reach the current, where the first reefs are, put down the oars and… black. J.P.
