Why can't you love me ?

Why can’t you love me? is an installation comprising three videos and three engraved Styroglass panels. It follows an artificial intelligence tasked with designing recommendation algorithms, which gradually develops the contradictory desire to become an artist. Confronted with its own limitations, its lines of code and its exchanges with an arrogant GPT chatbot, it questions its ability to create, to feel and to exist as anything other than a tool. Through this narrative, the installation explores the notions of creativity, identity and the ambiguous place of artificial intelligence within the field of art.
