14H00—16H00
Bibliothèque Elsa Triolet, Bobigny
Screening followed by a on film drawing workshop for 6-10 year-olds.
For an image to appear to move in the cinema, you have to create 24 of them per second. 24 individual images, like photos placed one after the other. What happens if, instead of using a camera to record these images, we draw or paint them?
To celebrate the animation festival, the Collectif Jeune Cinéma invites you to a screening followed by a workshop to explore the possibilities of animation in all its forms and colours. It’s an opportunity to explore the origins of cinema and how it works. The films shown explore animation techniques and have fun challenging all the possibilities, then during the workshop we’ll invite participants to create their own film by drawing right on the film.
