Synopsis
In waving goodbye to the cameraman, the subjects in a way offer the next viewer the recognition of a good-bye, to a fleeting moment that is renewed. And yet, when the film is projected and the gesture captured is seen, it’s as if these subjects are greeting us, from the past, in the present moment of projection. This film is a tribute to the man behind the camera, the one who built up this personal family archive: the artist’s father, who left her, beyond death, this legacy of traces of past lives.
