Schultz and Èlg form a tragic-comic two-men-show that attempts on stage the great gap between Pierre Henry’s beard and the spectre of Tino Rossi, between Chevallier and Laspallès and Yoko Ono.
Through their performances, they distort the sphere of intimacy and approach the themes of the comic and monstrous double, of the disturbing strangeness and of the scabrous friendship. The burlesque takes on a face that is at once comic and distressing.

Damien Schultz

Damien Schultz has the Baccalaureate. Performer of words Damien Schultz speaks fast, very fast, Damien Schultz accumulates, he repeats himself, he speaks fast, does not breathe too much, Damien Schultz is a fold. He has been poetizing sonically for ten years.

Èlg

Èlg is a man. For the past 12 years, he has been drawing the sonic equivalent of concentric spirals and labyrinths made of cedar and guts. He uses an arsenal of tools and approaches in constant renewal which can disconcert some. Without complexes, he builds improbable bridges between concrete music and song, between lo-fi dadaist experimentation and electronic tentacles, between sound stand-up and wobbly synth-wave.he is half of the duo Opéra Mort, third of the big band Orgue Agnès with Kaumwald and member of the Reines d’Angleterre with Ghédalia Tazartès and Jo Tanz.
